Tara Farrell Rucci, MSA, CDP, SHRM - CP

Founder and Principal Consultant at Sprioc, LLC.

Tara has achieved a Masters' Degree from West Chester University in 2001 focused in Human Resources Management; and she is also a Certified HR (SHRM), and Diversity (NDC) CDP Professional and a Certified Coach through the Coach Approach Training program.  Tara has attained additional Certifications from Graduate programs in Leadership, DEI and Trauma from Wilmington University, and a Trauma Certification from Bryn Mawr College Graduate Social Work program.  Tara has professional training and three Certifications from SHRM in Talent Acquisition, Employing Veterans and Military Spouses Workforce, Employing Abilities Talent as well as Training as a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional  with over 20 years of Talent Acquisition, DEI and Human Resources Consulting and work experience.  Tara is a Certified Behavioral Trainer Facilitator through the Effectiveness Institute, she held her PA Benefits license in Health, Life and Disability Insurance as well as attended CEBS training at the University of PA.  In addition, Tara holds a PA Real Estate License. Prior to starting Sprioc, LLC. a Certified Women Owned Business as a diversity supplier, Tara oversaw the Recruitment and Retention functions for a National Non-profit leading the recruiting process, change management and a team of five employees who worked cross functionally in various lines of business.  Throughout her career, Tara has been a trusted leader providing expertise in Recruitment, Human Resources, DEI and Project Management Consulting services to clients of all size and industries.  She managed Recruiting, HR Director, Generalist and Specialist.  Tara created processes, ERGs, LMS content, vendor management, sourcing, event planning, high volume full life-cycle Recruitment Strategies with a focus on Building Diverse Talent Pipelines, Audits, Handbooks, Trainings, Benefits etc.  Tara currently volunteers on the State Trauma Initiative for PA - Heal PA Co-Chair of Training and organizational support and on the County ACES ( Trauma) Initiative and Workforce Service Coalition.  She volunteered as her local school for 20 years, served on the Sports Boosters Board as the Secretary for several years and as a team parent in many sports, in addition she volunteered on various national equestrian associations and events while raising her family.  She previously served on several Non-Profit Boards including previously as the President of the local SHRM Chapter (CCHRA) winning the highest level national Pinnacle Award for the Chapter and in other capacities for 7 years, OIC (CCOIC) Board Member for 8 years.  She donates time on  workforce training, speaks on professional panels, assists students at local colleges with resumes, interview preparation and at organizations, as well as volunteers in the community.  Tara balances work life by staying active in various sports such as triathlons, as well as supporting her family goals and working smart.

 

Sprioc, LLC. was founded on the principles of community involvement and corporate social responsibility. She volunteers and is a Chapter Member of PA Philadelphia Diversity Council at the College Summit and Women's Leadership Symposium.  She volunteered at the SHRM PA State Conference, Attended the SHRM Volunteer Leadership Summit, SHRM Diversity and Inclusion Summit and Talent and Recruiting Conference.
